WIN-T Cyber Security Field Operations Integrator

Job Description:

Leidos is currently seeking a WIN-T Cyber Security Field Operations Integrator to be located at Fort Gordon, Georgia. The Cyber Security Field Operations Integrator will be primarily responsible for providing the network defense of accredited C4 networks within PM -Tactical Networks. The candidate will provide E&I support on a team responsible for designing, integrating, and improving the PM-Tactical Network's infrastructure across various solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for support to the Army's Regional Hub Node (RHN) O&M team to aid in implementation of solutions based on customer requirements. The Cyber Security Field Operations Integrator will implement network defense cyber strategies for the accredited C4 networks consistent with DoD and Federal guidance respectively.

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1) New Equipment and Field Operations Support:
a. In support of specified Warfighter Readiness requirements, perform Total Package Fielding (TPF) functions IAW AR and DA PAM 700-142 with the gaining unit/organization in CONUS/OCONUS at unit home stations, TDY locations, and/or during field missions.
b. Travel to customer locations to assess unit equipment fielding needs and provide unique systems configurations/solutions to match the fielding requirements and ensure operability. Determine baseline application on new equipment to be integrated prior to shipping to location.
c. Interface directly with Government customers as the primary technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) on any related matter.
d. Perform joint system check out of each system installation prior to issue.
e. Conduct technical analysis for system implementations, modifications, and potential enhancements.
f. Perform de-installations, installations, and handoffs for specified systems.
g. Troubleshoot system problems and/or integration issues, determine system solution in accordance with customer needs, and recommend actions to customer for system solutions.
h. Perform engineering assessments of new equipment and software upgrades for integration into required systems.
i. Develop and improve operations processes/practices for each location based on best practices across the program and through peer and management collaboration.
j. Develop lesson materials and conduct on-site field training of operations personnel on newly developed/implemented system procedures.
k. Prepare and coordinate TPF activities including New material Introductory Briefings (NMIB), validation of unit Materiel Requirements Lists (MRL), prepare After Action Reports (AAR) and other actions as required for the TPF.

2) Curriculum Development:
a. Coordinate with Government customers to prepare and maintain TPF and NET plans for current and future systems.
b. Create customized training plans based on current systems, new system upgrades, and mission-specific requirements.

3) Training Services:
a. Provide delivery of instruction through both field and classroom training/operation.
b. When required, work shall be done at night and in inclement weather.
c. When applicable, coordinate classroom set-up to support each individual class.
d. Provide modernization instruction on the operations and maintenance of supported systems, standard and non-standard systems and equipment.
e. Serve as primary fielders, installers, instructors, assistant instructors, and/or demonstrators.

4) Cross Training:
a. Participate in formal training and self-instruction / use on complimentary systems and protocols to increase the breadth of systems competency for training and fielding requirements.

5) Continuing Education:
a. Continue education through self-study and other methods to maintain instructor certification status, as applicable.
b. Trainers shall attend instructor qualification training or other specialized training conducted at various CONUS or OCONUS locations.

Basic Qualifications:
Active DoD Secret security clearance required
Must have 8-10 years of Cyber Security experience or equivalent Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years related experience
Must have the following certifications:
IAW DoD 8570.1 Technical Level II (Sec+)
Palo Alto Network Certified Network Security Engineer(PCNSE7)
Following certifications are desired:
JNCIP-SEC or CCNP Security
JNCIP-ENT or CCNP R&S

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of DoD IA/RMF and IT regulations and guidance
Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VPNs, PKI and CSfC
Hands-on experience with McAfee products such as ESM, email and web gateway
Hands-on experience with Riverbed products such as SteelHead CX/GX and Interceptor
Hands-on experience with ACAS (Tenable Security Center)
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto products such as PA-VM and PM-VM series
Experience with Cisco products such as ISE, ASA, Sourcefire IPS, FireSight/Firepower management Center
Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012R2, Windows 7/10, REL 6/7
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
