Key Role:
Serve as a Virtual Battle Space (VBS) training integrator and operator supporting a US Army client mission. Support home station training
using VBS, as needed, develop and tailor scenarios to support the training, train personnel as operators and administrators of VBS, and
provide games for training general support for all gaming applications and services. Plan, prepare, and deliver mission command integration
and integrate requisite Live, Virtual, Constructive, Gaming, and Mission Command (LVCG–MC) systems in training environments, including
classrooms for individual training and venues for collective training of small to large groups. Train military users and develop training methods
and materials, including curriculum, lectures, and computer-based training aids based on consultation with the client and user specifications.
Consult with users to design, create, and configure systems to meet training requirements, participate in special projects, and perform
additional duties to support client requirements, as needed. Assist with planning and providing virtual training across multiple locations and
ensure continuity and expertise, enabling awareness and effective use of virtual training assets to support training. Assist with planning and

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with the US Army
-Knowledge with leading Army training
-Knowledge of Virtual Battle Space (VBS) software
-Ability to develop and present briefings on complex subjects
-Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with the US Army Reserve or Army National guard a plus
-Ability to analyze training plans and assemble supporting documentation
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-AA or AS degree
Clearance:
