User Support Specialist 2

What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI has an immediate need for a User Support Specialist 2 to work for our client in Atlanta, GA.  The User Support Specialist 2 will serve as a subject matter expert for the operations (enrollment and participation) of the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) Help Desk.

More About the Role:

  • Triage all inquiries regarding NHSN that come through the Help Desk or to personal email account.
  • Research issues pertaining to access of the NHSN application.
  • Troubleshoot network application issues that prevent users from utilizing program.
  • Provide support to new sites for NHSN registration and NHSN enrollment.
  • Provide users with guidance on utilizing NHSN Alerts to aid them in effective
  • Support users with Data Entry, including adding users, locations, and reporting plans.
  • Assist facilities in reporting to meet all Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) reporting requirements.
  • Providing support to new sites for NHSN registration and NHSN enrollment which includes receiving and reviewing agreements to participate and activating facilities.
  • Responsible for investigation and follow-up of any person identified as the NHSN facility administrator who has left the facility and has not identified a replacement NHSN Administrator.
  • Utilize ISupport Ticketing system to process SAMS invitations.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 3 years’ experience in customer service, working with technical programs, and effective communication skills

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher or 5 year’s equivalent in a technical program or working in a customer service environment.
