Training Roles Manager

Position Title: Training Roles Manager
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (i.e., Economics, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Information Management Systems, etc.). Other degrees will be considered based on project management experience. Experience: Five to Ten years (Bachelor’s), three years (Master’s) experience in at least one of the following areas: Medical Information Systems Analysis, Strategic Planning, Requirements Analysis, Project Management, Healthcare Training Requirements. Experience performing requirements analysis, work flow analysis and analyze training requirements. Position will provide service and expertise in support of clinical and non-clinical training missions for the new MHS GENESIS EHR. Requires access to DoD networks, systems, applications or services must have an active security clearance at the time of access.

Training Roles Manager:
Serves as the MTF focal point for all MHS GENESIS/Dentrix account requests, role assignments, and training. Responsible for JKO administration and Account Activation activities to include: submits SRM Account Activation tickets; assigns CBT training; builds JKO sections and assigns ILT classes and audiences appropriate for the roles; tracks training schedules for instructor led training (ILT) classes; assigns competency tests; validates training; runs reports upon request; performs role/audience assignment.
In coordination with Training Coordinator and Training and Role/Audience Coordination teams:
•Observe Role/Audience assignment process and TC process (Week 1-2 while awaiting access)
•SRM Tickets – ILT and GME
•Complete Training Coordinator CBT and get TC/SA permissions
•Build sections and assign students to ILTS
•Assign Audiences
•Load Competencies
•Once SA Access – Verify training
•Building Schedules
•Updating CST Master Schedule
•Reschedules (emails)
•Assume GME/Student CBT Only Coordination/Management
•Role/Audience assignment cross-training and backup
1.Task : Training Roles Manager: Request ASP Train Domain Accounts for end users, Request MHS GENESIS actual accounts for end users, Schedule ILT Training/Manage RSTs and CSTs Manage JKO Load CBTs for end users.
1.1 Assign classrooms/computer rooms for training and provide calendar invites.
1.2 Manage training rosters.
1.3 Forecast manpower requirements (trainer staff onsite).
1.4 Track and facilitate action items related to implementation and sustainment.
1.5 Support,

facilitate, and execute site scheduled events.
1.6 Support and facilitate gap analysis of events’ output data.
Specific Experience Desired:
Three years’ experience as a manager supporting healthcare initiatives and projects
US Citizen with active SECRET or Interim Secret clearance
Electronic Health Record experience, preferably in the military setting

Preferred:
EHR Training experience
Three years’ experience working in the military healthcare environment
Understanding of the unique informatics architecture of the military
Operational (deployment) experience is a plus. Clinical experience (i.e. RN or HM) is a plus.
