Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM) Specialist

 Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM) Specialist in the Reston, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Identify system vulnerabilities and make recommendations on mitigating measures for internally developed capabilities. 
Conduct bench top equipment testing, forensically test operational equipment, and perform radio frequency collections for testing purposes.
Perform basic electronic theory analysis including wave propagation, signal and spectral analysis. 
Conduct scientific analysis of electronic evidence to identify and understanding of forensic support and capabilities. 


Position Requirements:
Have a minimum ten years of related experience, and/or eight years of related experience and education. 
Experience identifying system vulnerabilities and recommend mitigating measures for internally developed capabilities
Experience using Windows-based desktop computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office Professional Suite of applications, specifically MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
Experience with various radio frequency collection equipment, bench top test equipment and various forensic test equipment
Have an understanding of basic electronic theory including wave propagation, signal and spectral analysis
Experience in forensic support through the scientific analysis of electronic Evidence


Security Requirements:
Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience.
