Technical Support Specialist

Offutt AFB, NE

Secret Clearance is Required

  • Performs deliverable management and document configuration management, including document control, distribution, and posting on established SharePoint site(s).
  • Develop, review, proofread, and modifying technical documentation.
  • Ensures deliverable quality and compliance.  Performs deliverable status reporting.
  • Assist in implementing deliverable changes as required in the course of the contracts or delivery orders.
  • Assist with maintaining or developing new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics.
  • Establish and maintain a complete electronic library of all deliverable data in the SharePoint.
  • Maintains configuration databases and asset management systems.

Bachelors Degree in English, Journalism or a related discipline.


5-8 years of related experience preparing and editing technical documentation.
