Washington, DC 20037 (near Farragut West and Foggy Bottom Metro)

Seeking a Team Lead to support a records management program. Team Lead will assist management with prioritizing workloads to meet organizational production and service goals. All work will be performed on-site with the government and requires US Citizen and Secret security clearance.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

  • US Citizen
  • Current Secret security clearance (DoD/DHS/DoS)
  • Bachelor degree in a related field from an accredited university
  • 3+ years of experience managing small teams supporting records
    management and administrative/office duties for a government program (may consider additional years of experience in lieu of a degree)
  • Experience supporting records management / passport services work
  • Support continuous process improvement for timely completion of assigned tasks and overall quality assurance for work performed
  • Ability to monitor team performance and provide reporting in accordance with all performance standards, established procedures, and following internal controls
  • Ability to analyze and interpret materials and apply regulatory material
  • Working knowledge of image capture (Prism Software Capture)
  • Ability to interact with other government agencies and provide liaison support for internal/external agencies supporting case files, logs, correspondence, applications, and appropriate tracking for case management activities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service

This position is contingent upon contract award and we anticipate a contract start date on/about January 1, 2019
