As a targeting automation specialist, you use your specialized technical, functional, or military experience and your attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence, products, and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our space warfighters, protect our national security, and inform our nation's leaders.

As a targeting automation specialist on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape, mission environment.  Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and MASINT. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for targeteers, warfighters, senior policy makers, internal client publications and US IC-wide products. As the authority on target automation, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills target automation share your methodologies with other analysts. You Have:

-8+ years of experience with military intelligence or specialized training

-4+ years of experience with target development management and requirements

-Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

-BA or BS degree

-Completion of an In-Residence Joint Targeting Course, Geospatial Imagery or Target Analyst Course, Target Analyst Course, or Air Operation Center Course

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
