Systems Integrator- TS/SCI & Poly required


SAIC is seeking a Systems Integrator (SI) to support a fast-paced Intelligence Community program.  The SI will be a proactive, forward-leaning self-starter able to work in a dynamic organization.  The SI will provide total system integration solutions including oversight of multiple technical projects that span program activities.

The SI is responsible for developing project management documents and tools to include requirements documents, project charters, project plans, status reviews, lessons learned documents, risk mitigation plans, and project roadmaps with control gates.  To monitor the progress of projects, and help coordinate technical and programmatic issues, the SI should be knowledgeable regarding project lifecycle methodologies.  The SI will support technical projects to show and measure progress, accommodate changing requirements, and communicate in written and verbal channels with the Government sponsor. The SI will also ensure coordination and information flow with the sponsor and key partners in the organization.


  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field such as system engineering, computer science, or a technical degree related to the job description. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 9+ years of experience as an SI, program integrator, project manager, project lead, or similar role in the IC
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Experience producing program documentation with demonstrated application of project management principles
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships and encourage teamwork

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting classified software development projects and working with customers and technical team members to extract requirements
  • Project Management Certification
