Looking for a self-starting engineer or analyst who enjoys a fast-paced work environment. You will gain insights across all aspect of the Missile Defense Agency in support of the Director for Engineering, gaining knowledge for future growth opportunities.

You will be a member of a team comprised of system engineers and analysts building the missile defense system for the United States, our deployed forces, and our allies.    


Assist in the management, coordination, and execution of actions within MDA engineering

Coordinate across organizations to ensure senior leaders have information for decisions

Prepare briefing packages, read books, and talking points

Coordinate the development of schedules, study plans, and other program management documentation to support engineering activities.

Contribute to front office operations

Coordinate and organize staff across engineering organization

Must be able to establish trusted advisor relationship with multiple flag officer equivalent leaders

Must be proactive and possess strong communications skills

Ensure communication, prioritization, and synchronization across a large, geographically distributed staff

Must prioritize activities across staff and ensure proper representation at meetings in dynamic environment

Strategic thinker that adapts to daily change and maintains focus on both tactical and strategic staff activities

5+ years of related experience
Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or scientific discipline

Strong communication skills required.

Experience in fast-paced, highly dynamic environment

Secret Clearance required, Top Secret preferred

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess Secret clearance.
