Systems Engineer III

Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for implementation of engineering changes to Navy C4I hardware and software systems and C4I network connected systems within end-to-end test labs in support of Navy cybersecurity testing.  This includes working with program office engineers to track engineering changes being developed and fielded to various Navy systems and applying them to lab based systems, integrating hosted applications and connected hardware and software systems into the shipboard C4I network (CANES), and sustaining various test lab systems through system patching and updates.  Additionally, this position may be responsible for system administration and operations, or working with fleet admins and operators, during test events for execution of test scenerios and test cases.  This position will work with various functional support personnel during system sustainment and test setup/execution including lab infrastructure engineering, C4I network admins/engineers, Configuration Management (CM) for tracking CIs, Information Assurance (IA) for ACAS scanning and lab ATO/IATTs, and Event Management for event architecture and requirements.

Qualifications:

Requires 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.

Experience with Navy SPAWAR/PEO C4I systems is strongly preferred

Secret clearance required with the future potential to upgrade to TS SCI clearance
