Systems and Analysis Trainer, Mid

Key Role:

Develop and implement technical product training programs for operations and analysis support personnel and clients and develop and maintain site-training materials, including training aids, handbooks, job qualification standards (JQS), standard operating procedures (SOPs), formal courses, and site-specific courses and materials. Provide qualification and OJT training for all operations and analyst personnel and maintain all training certification plans and procedures. Obtain information needed to prepare training programs and training materials, design product demonstrations, develop course content, determine methodology, and coordinate development of training aids. Review vendor provided training to ensure site compliance and integrate training materials for assigned courses resulting from new equipment or equipment modifications. Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations and develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Improve awareness and comprehension of business processes and supporting tools, foster redundancy in competencies, cultivate mastery of complex automated tools, decrease the time elapsed between new personnel arrival, and achieve mission proficiency. Demonstrate effective presentation and questioning expertise, prepare for instruction, provide clarification and feedback, promote retention and transfer of knowledge and expertise, and assess learning and performance.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with developing and administrating training and educational material

-2+ years of experience with collection management, mission management, mission assessment, mission analysis, or working in an applicable intelligence operational environment

-Experience with developing and maintaining job qualification standards (JQS)

-Experience with developing, maintaining, and managing personnel certification panels and boards

-Experience with delivering ADET classes

-Ability to certify in a 24/7 operational position and provide occasional backfill 

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in the intelligence community, BA or BS degree and 3 years of experience in the intelligence community, or MA or MS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of mission management, collection, and analysis processes

-Knowledge of multi-system collection management, mission management, mission execution, and mission analysis concepts
