System Engineer for C-RCMA (Up to 25% Profit Sharing Benefit!)

CACI in Sterling, VA is looking for a highly motivated System Engineer for C-RCMA to be part of a highly motivated technical team that will support and push you, and will expect reciprocal action on your part! 

What You’ll Get to Do:   

  • Serve as the Lead System Engineer for specific projects across SkyTracker team
  • Will be focused on software projects, CDRL delivery, and process improvement
  • Work with highly motivated technical teammates that will support and push you and will expect reciprocal action on your part. 
  • You will be part of a team and culture of sharing information amongst teammates.
  • Pushing the software baseline forward by continuing the integration of Machine Learning
  • Responsible for the technical accuracy for specific customer programs
  • Assist with training modules for customer training courses

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:  

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related and 4-7 years of directly related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • An active Secret level clearance is required to begin employment.  Successfully being sponsored for and granted a TS/SCI may be required for continued employment.
  • Must be able to travel 25% of the time

Required Skills:

  • Prior Management of oversight of contractual requirement
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision as well as with other individuals on the team
  • Experience with machine learning, process improvement, government customers
  • Experience with software development process
  • Experience with RF software and hardware systems
  • Experience with RMA process and defining help desk decision trees
  • Ability to present technical information to numerous stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to generate CDRLs for customer delivery.
  • Basic Linux experience.
  • Detail oriented individual.
  • Training experience

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in system testing and analysis and the software engineering process.
  • Systems development life cycle experience (e.g., system design, interface specification, quality assurance, requirements gathering.
  • Basic Linux experience.
  • Experience with managing and documenting system configurations.
  • Experience with DSP software and hardware.
