You Have:

-2+ years of experience with SE

-Experience as a systems engineer with model-based systems engineering (MBSE)

-Experience with using the architecture of complex systems to create and manage a tailored MBSE product to support interface management, system interface control documents, system behavior diagrams, including use case and sequence diagrams, and network diagrams, including mapping system requirements to physical and functional architecture and conducting configuration management of various system configurations

-Knowledge of the SE field across one or more components of the system development life cycle (SDLC), including concept development, technical planning, requirements development, system analysis, system design, integration, verification, transition, operations, obsolescence, and disposal

-Ability to deliver products and services to government clients

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with requirements management using the SparxEA tool

-Experience with the SE process for system acquisitions, including systems engineering plans, SETRs, system certification processes, and specialty engineering activities

-Experience with planning integration and test events and reporting verification results

-Experience with DoD acquisition

-Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) processes

-Knowledge of other SE disciplines, including configuration management, risk management, Cybersecurity, and certification processes

-Ability to serve as an action officer

-Top Secret clearance

-MA or MS degree in Engineering

-Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification
