What You’ll Get to Do:

Support our war fighters by providing system administration services, network sustainment and customer support while gaining joint service exposure and experience?  Join CACI as a DISA Multi National Information Sharing (MNIS) Subject Matter Expert providing expertise on unclassified, classified and coalition networks in global support of the warfighter.

More About the Role:

 Seeking systems administrator with experience in customer service. As a member of the MNIS DTO Coalition Service Center, you will be working with multiple echelons of systems and network personnel around the globe, supporting information sharing with our international partners. In support of our customers, the CSC provides systems expertise, hardware/software installation, and network monitoring/troubleshooting.

Candidates will be required to perform the following functions:

  • Windows Server 2012 administration, Windows 10 configuration and deployment.
  • Maintain active directory Users and Computers, Sites and Services, Forests and Trusts.
  • SolarWinds network mapping and monitoring.
  • Group Policy creation, editing, management.
  • Exchange administration.
  • Applying DISA STIGS for compliance
  • Software installation/troubleshooting.
  • VMWare vSphere and vCenter operation/administration.
  • Windows PowerShell scripting.
  • Understanding of network devices and the CLI.
  • Establishing, configuring, and imaging local and remote workstations.
  • Open trouble tickets for the MNIS networks. Assist with troubleshooting with site personnel to determine status and provide technical assistance to ensure problem resolution.

Assist the PMO in the development and presentation of MINS briefings.

Provide tier 2 level support for all MNIS networks.   

Report incidents to the government customers. 

Produce weekly activity reports and monthly metrics (performance) reports.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Must be technically proficient in system administration, to include troubleshooting, diagnostics, and reporting and follow up on incident failures.  

Must be able to brief and interface with the MNIS PMO on failures/outages and actions being taken to restore service.

Security +

Second computing environment certification (Cisco, Windows, VMWare etc.)

ITIL foundation certification within 90 days of start date

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools

Proficiency with VMWare products and services

Familiarity with windows Powershell and scripting

Technical writing
