Support Warehouse Manager 2

Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems Product Support IPT is seeking a Support Warehouse Manager, reporting to theProduct Support IPT Leadin theLogistics functional homeroom. The Support Warehouse Manager will lead a group of 10+ warehouse leads and warehouse support members whose

responsibilities include managing the assets and supply support function, tracking spares and support equipment, and management of transportation movement and distribution of assets for a restricted program. This position is a hybrid role,consisting of direct support to programs and people management.

In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to:

- Provide leadership and direction to team members, ensuring members have sufficient statement of work

- Be responsible for the EVMS, cost, scheduling, proposal development and technical performance of a specific work package on a large contract

- Act as the first point of contact for warehouse support issues on programs involving team members and will make decisions regarding required escalation and resources required for resolution

- Manage employee performance (including engagement strategies for higher performers and corrective actions for lower performers)

- Be responsible for the management and accountability of government property, line-replaceable units and peculiar support equipment

- Tracks, documents and reports the location of multiple program critical assets and continually monitors and balances asset requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- At least 7 years experience in support hardware/procurement logistics in manned and/or unmanned air vehicles

- Experience leading a team

- Current Secret clearance required

- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's of Science degree

- Military experience in Supply Support function

- Current Top Secret clearance

- Current Special Access Program (SAP) clearance

- At least 15 years experience in support hardware/procurement logistics in manned and/or unmanned air vehicles

- Experience leading a large department in a matrix environment

- Experience with EVMS
