Supply Chain Specialist

Program Coordinator position supporting multiple dynamic programs. This role will be required to support the flow of goods, services, and information from the MCP in Nashua, NH through delivery to multiple domestic and international locations in order to meet customer and Program Management Office (PMO) requirements. Takes daily direction from the program logistics lead but must be able to drive completion of tasks with minimal supervision. May assist in directing work, assigning and outlining tasks and checking work correctness in the absence of the program lead. Support includes but is not limited to generation of and closing of activity logs / job orders, completion and distribution of templates, supporting meetings and telecons, request status from supply chain on repair items, updating ALCS with outbound, due-in and non-conformance information, scanning and filing of program documents. Must have the ability to interface with internal and external sources in order to meet program objectives. Must also be willing and able to work in a warehouse environment and support material handling tasks when dictated by program support requirements.

Required Skills:
Ability to perform in an intense, fast-paced, program support environment
Experience working in the Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS)
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to interface with customer
Proven ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to learn multiple computer programs
Proven ability to multi-task
Work in a warehouse environment when required
Ability to work overtime when required

Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Project
Previous experience working with PRISM

Required Clearance:
None initially - Must be able to obtain a Confidential Clearance

Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum of 6 years’ experience in a relevant supporting role.
