SuccessFactors Performance Management Senior Analyst

Northrop Grumman Technology Services (TS) sector is seeking a Mid to Senior level SAP HCM SuccessFactors Business Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future of our Treasury customer. This position is physically located in Washington, DC and allows for partial telework. The candidate will directly interface with our customer to support Talent Management Solutions (TMS) for The Department of Treasury Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) office.

The candidate will serve as a SuccessFactors HCM SME and the primary responsibilities include functional, system administration, and testing support for the Performance Management implementation and future implementations of SuccessFactors modules. The candidate will assist in the full lifecycle of deployment and maintenance activities for EBS's SAP SuccessFactors implementation and will work closely with Federal staff on a daily basis to provide support in the areas of customer relationship management, vendor interaction, and general application performance.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining visibility with the customer, consistently delivering timely, high quality products and services on current and future efforts, and working effectively with our employees, subcontractors, and the Treasury staff in a diverse team environment.

  • Documenting business requirements, define system configuration changes, create change requests (CRs) for new functionality required by EBS's customers, and review /update existing configuration and system documentation as needed. The candidate will coordinate system maintenance and trouble tickets with the SAP vendor.

  • Administering the Performance Module including creating forms, launching plans, and security role management and will research and resolve system issues. The candidate will develop a functional understanding existing data feed integrations with other Treasury applications and will troubleshoot and refine the data integration as necessary.

  • Developing test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate configuration and other system changes and will facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Additionally, the candidate will identify and mitigate system issues resulting from implementations and change requests.

  • Leading and actively contributing to the software design phases of the software development life cycle

  • Providing solutions to complex issues; responsible for ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements

  • Participating with team members in prioritization of identified requirements

  • Managing requirements traceability information and tracking the status of requirements throughout the stages of implementation.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 9+ Years of industry experience with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, or related field; 7 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD (4 years of experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree)

  • 5+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM modules

  • 3+ years of experience configuring and implementing the SuccessFactors Performance Management module

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and HCM modules. Must have SuccessFactors administration experience (with emphasis on security role management)

  • Must have highly developed written and oral communication skills

  • Must have Excellent listening, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Must be capable of independently managing time and multiple tasks with minimal guidance

  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications

  • Must be available to provide scheduled and ad hoc evening and weekend support

  • Must be able to obtain a Position ofTrust designation

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Federal Human Resources policies and regulations

  • Experience implementing SuccessFactors in government agency environments

  • SuccessFactors certification

  • Experience working within an agile framework
