Subject Matter Expert - Business/Systems Analyst

Job Description

CACI is looking to hire multiple Senior Business/System Analysts to join our growing VA Team.  We are looking for individuals that have Momentum, Federal Financial ERP experience. Individual must have 15+ years of experience with implementing COTS software. Must be able to work in Austin location. Due to the contract, US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities:

  • There is no clearance requirement to begin employment. However, as a requirement of continued employment in this position you will be required to obtain a Public Trust.

  • Individual will implement a Momentum COTS financial system and provide system and federal financial expertise relative to the organization’s requirements. Provide advice and recommendations on process best practices.
  • Individual recognized as a subject matter expert with implementing Momentum COTS systems and analyzing existing As-Is processes and practices and identify significant improvements for the To-Be processes and configuration for a new federal Momentum COTS financial system.
  • Work with team members and client to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions.
  • Document configuration requirements, functional design specifications, business processes, and user stories based on requirements.
  • Provide senior functional guidance to team members, demonstrate expertise in the Momentum COTS financial system, federal financial management business processes, and ERP implementation best practices.
  • Individual must be able to work independently solving issues related to system or business processes.
  • Lead a team, coaches, reviews, and delegates work to other team members.
  • Develop strategies and manage the efforts of more junior staff.
  • Requires ability to communicate with leadership regarding matters of significant importance (strategy, status, risks, etc.) to the organization.
  • Develop schedules and report progress against them.
  • Reviews requirements by business process area and develops test scenarios. Executes tests based on Test Plan, records results, analyzes results to assign Pass/Fail status, and creates detailed and well written Test Reports.
  • Elicits and documents business intelligence requirements and conceptual designs for new reports, metrics, and dashboards.

Required Skills:

  • US Citizenship is required.

Desired Skills:

  • Individual should be knowledgeable with Momentum COTS software, systems analysis, and financial accounting is a plus. 
  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Computer Science, MIS or related field, or Accounting/Finance is desired but not required.
