Key Role:
Coordinate multi-lateral engagement opportunities with federal or non-federal and local, national, or international entities, including other military organizations, government agencies, academic institutions, and think tanks. Coordinate requests and requirements for VIP visits and other special engagements. Prepare and present briefings, decision reports or information papers, and strategic communication products for executive-level leadership. Collaborate in bi-lateral and multi-lateral strategy development and implementation planning. This position is not available for remote delivery and is located in Honolulu, HI.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with engagement planning, staff coordination, and logistics or communication
-Experience in working with multiple stakeholders to coordinate events and meetings
-Experience in interacting with or briefing senior executive stakeholders
-Ability to manage high priority tasks, meet deadlines, deliver under pressure, and pay strict attention to detail
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS Degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Legislative, Congressional and/Tier 0 stakeholders
-Knowledge of Policy Directives within the US Military
-Knowledge of Indo-Pacific topics
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Top Secret clearance preferred
-BA or BS degree in Policy or Government preferred or MS or MS degree in Policy or Government a plus
