Job Description:The Staff Systems Analyst (Simulations) develops training scenarios and uses various Live, Virtual, and Simulations applications and systems to training Soldiers at the U.S. Army Cyber Center and the Signal School.
Primary Responsibilities
The Staff Systems Analyst uses the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) trainer to support the US Army client. Support home station training using JLCCTC systems, as needed, develop and tailor scenarios to support the training, train personnel as operators and administrators of JLCCTC systems, and provide games for training general support for all gaming applications and services. Perform installation, operation, maintenance, configuration management, and interoperability between gaming applications, such as ALOTT, DXTRS, and ERF and Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) interfaces, including CPOF, JCR, FBCB2, JBC-P, BCS, TBCS, AFATDS, BCS3, S2MC, or AMDWS. Assist with planning and providing virtual training across multiple locations and ensure continuity and expertise, enabling awareness and effective use of virtual training assets to support training.
Basic Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED
- 6 years of experience leading military training, experience with at least one of the following: ALOTT, DXTRS, and ERF and their interface with MCS
- Candidate must currently possess a Secret clearance.
