As the newest member of the Shared Services team, you will be able to engage in a wide variety of activities that will help you learn, expand, and hone your skills in; process development and optimization, systems engineering and integrations (SE&I), configuration management (CM), virtual teaming, and client engagement. This position can be filled at either Las Cruces, NM or Aurora, CO

Required Skills:

•Self-starter who is able to adapt to a wide variety of tasks as set forth by their direct technical leadership
•Proven ability to multi-task efforts based on dynamic environment and changing priorities
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to enable working collaboratively with virtual teams, engaging counterparts, and interacting with the customer
•Analyze complex issues, conduct analysis, and apply problem solving skills in a team environment
•Understand how strategic initiatives align with short- and long- term client support strategies
•Strategic thinker with a bias towards delivering impactful results

Current TS/SCI with CI poly required.

Desired Skills:

•Experience with understanding and mapping processes
•Mastery of Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel – SharePoint a plus)
•Experience working across contract, geographic, and team boundaries
•Six Sigma or Project Management Certification a plus

Required Education:

Must have a Bachelors Degree in related field (e.g. project management, business, engineering, operations) and 2+ years experience working in operations or on project teams, or 6+ years in lieu of a degree.
