Sr. Program Manager

 

Objective:
STI is seeking Program Managers with an active Secret Clearance for our customer site located at WPAFB in Dayton, OH.



Job Duties:

  • Assist with performing analysis of problems and issues confirmed by the Government as requiring additional support. Analysis of the problems and issues shall include, but are not limited to, identification of potential impacts/risks to programs, mitigation/avoidance strategies, etc.

  • Assist with the planning for program milestones and reviews. The contractor shall assist with developing, analyzing and maintaining integrated program schedules and plans throughout the program life-cycle.

  • Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, detailed analysis, support and assistance with the development of the Requests For Proposal (RFP) and affiliated documents and briefings, to include assistance with developing and documenting recommended program management inputs for Acquisition Strategy, Statement of Objectives (SOO), Performance Work Statement (PWS), sections L & M, Contract Data Reporting Lists (CDRLs) and related documents prior to RFP release for assigned programs.

  • Provide assistance to the Government for assembling CPARS inputs. The contractor shall provide advisory assistance and draft documentation support for efforts to include, but not limited to, briefings, letters, and planning/coordination support for meetings.

  • Use statistically based risk assessment tools and assist with conducting Schedule Risk Assessments in conjunction with the HPO Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

  • Apply principles, criteria, and procedures of DoDD 5000.01 and DoDI 5000.02 as well as the policies and processes of HQ AFMC, AFLCMC ISR & SOF Directorate, and the Helicopter Program Office to all HPO acquisition tasks.

  • Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, expertise and support in the development of the Acquisition Strategy to include assistance with documentation development and coordination. Provide support to the Acquisition Strategy Panel (ASP) planning and briefing development. 

  • Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, detailed analysis, support, and assistance in the generation of Milestone C documentation to include, but not limited to the Acquisition Program Baseline, Program Protection Plan, and Life Cycle Mission Data Plan. Assist with generation and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree and have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
  • Minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree; or, a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience plus a Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for a Master’s degree.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of any experience must have been performed on DoD programs/projects. Experience and degree requirements must be in a field relevant to their functional area.
