Sr Prncpl Ops Research Analyst

We have an immediate opportunityfor a Sr. Principal Operations Research Analyst in support of the B-2 Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) which includes the Interim Contract Support (ICS) and Contractor Inventory Control Point (C-ICP) Programs. Responsible for seamless communication of information on each program supply chain management delivery orders between USG Program Management and NGC Management. Represents the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects. Interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations. Develops and organizes quarterly Program Management Reviews. Creates storyboards for MICAP aircraft that include all relevant information on parts status and the capability to fix repairs for MICAP aircraft. Prepares daily analysis of MICAP aircraft parts and briefs B-2 fleet status. Prepares contract metric status. Interfaces with team members to identify supply chain inventory and ICS repair status for daily MICAP brief.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM related field of study and 9 years of directly related workexperience or a Master's degree and 7 years of directly related work experience
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Candidate must have an active Secret Level Security Clearance and ability to obtain and maintain program access
  • Ability to establish/maintain databases
  • Must possess the ability to read and understand drawings/technical orders
  • Must have sound knowledge of Industry and Government Technical requirements, specifications and standards
  • Extensive experience/understanding of Government Supply Chain Legacy Systems required (D043, D035, D200, EMALL, LIMS-EV suite, ELMA)
  • Requires occasional travel (10%)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven success working with Operations, Logistics, Engineering and Program Office in identifying and resolving problems
  • Possess knowledge of B-2 sustainment activity and USG supply processes related to requirements on multiple commodities
  • Experience and understanding of NGSAMS, Maximo and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS 9100, AS9102 Industry/Aerospace Standards
