Northrop Grumman Technology Services sector is looking for a Senior Principal Logistics Management Analyst based out of Saint Inigoes, MD to be responsible for controlling the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. Ensuring that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. Ensuring the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrating learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.
Requirements include:
  • Operating and utilizing NALCOMIS OOMA and or the GFE Fire Scout Maintenance Tracker System as available.
  • Assisting assigned military detachment personnel in performing technical and support duties required by the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program; prepare aircraft and maintenance related correspondence; maintain directive control and custody records, control forms and reporting requirements
  • Preparing correspondence and communications related to VTUAV
  • Maintaining direct control of custody records, log books, aircraft discrepancy book updates for all maintenance action requirements.
  • Keeping accurate training jackets for all contractor maintenance personnel.
  • Inputting, verifying, and validating data pertaining to the history, operation, configuration, maintenance, receipt, and transfer of naval aircraft, related aeronautical equipment, and components installed in the equipment.
  • Preparing schedules for preventive maintenance of equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation of equipment.
  • Assisting assigned military detachment personnel to input, verify, and validate data pertaining to the history, operation, maintenance, configuration, receipt, and transfer of naval aircraft and components installed therein.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Interim Secret Security Clearance Required.
  • Attended Aeronautical TechnicalPublications Library Management Course (C-555-0007)and Logs and Records Configuration Management for O & I Activities (C-555-0059).
  • Ten (10) plus years with Bachelors; 6 years with Masters. Years of experience can be used in lieu of degree.
  • Experience with OOMA, DECKPLATE, technical directives, aircraft and engine log books, monthly maintenance plans, technical library and Maintenance Control.
  • Experience in managing Navy/Marine Corp 4790 maintenance programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Attended NALCOMIS OOMA System Analyst Course (C-555-0049).
