Sr Princ Trainer, Intelligence

Job Description

GENERAL Description:

Experienced Intelligence personnel who train and mentor core tradecraft learning requirements of the intelligence community. Provide military intelligence analyst, research, and writing support for the Mission Training Complex (MTC) in support of Corps and below units. Plans, Develops, and Executes Mission Training Complex (MTC) internal, simulation and stimulation-driven events; work under limited supervision; perform duties as assigned.


Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Directs instruction of intelligence professionals on tradecraft and other issues.

2. Develops and/or refines courseware and curricula to meet customer training needs, establishing course content and objectives.

3. Enhances student competencies in course-specific intelligence disciplines.

4. Evaluates student performance and makes recommendations for improvement.

5. May provide training at customer locations, as part of a mobile training team, or virtually.

6. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.

7. Provides guidance and leadership to less experienced staff and may have supervisory responsibilities.

8. Participates in special projects as required.

9. Defining exercise parameters; configuring system applications; setting-up databases; determining network connectivity; configuring switches; monitoring TCC system status; preparing and executing AAR; and integration with operational MI systems.

10. The Contractor will perform basic level functions of cyber monitoring and TCC diagnostic tests, back-ups, system reconfiguration, and software loads/reloads.

11. The Contractor shall attend operation and integration meetings, including but not limited to: exercise rules of engagement, technical working group, exercise integration, post exercise review, operations laydown, intelligence laydown, scripting conferences and major combat operations planning, integration, and support meetings.

12. For the HCC, the contractors will perform many of the same functions, with the added responsibility to train-the-trainer of use and operation of the HCCs (per Government direction). Lead will work directly and

independently with Government customers, contractors, team members, and program management.

Education

10-15 years with a BS/BA Degree

Qualifications

Skills Requirement

1. Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations relevant to the subject discipline.

2. Experience in classroom instruction and courseware development.

3. Specific certifications or military education/training may be required, depending on job assignment.

4. Certification: Microsoft MCSA: Windows 10.

5. Candidate must have or be able to obtain a certificate or certification meeting evolving computing environment requirements.

Requires a TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly
