Sr Mgr Capture Management

Sr Capture Manager is responsible for the development of Airborne Processors (ABP) product line strategies to achieve business goals aligned with customer plans and programs. This role will create, analyze and articulate innovative solutions to problems that smartly leverage Raytheon’s core products and technologies to obtain most efficient and effective use of company investments and product line commonality strategies. Responsible for developing and leading domestic and international business captures; developing pricing and win strategies, preparing gate reviews, ensuring capture process compliance and transitioning to capture execution team. Responsible for leading strategic campaigns, informing a 5 year strategic plan and managing discretionary pursuit budgets.
  • Aggressively identify, assess, and develop new business opportunities, and position new business resources to achieve growth objectives for pursuits
  • Conduct market analysis, develop strategies and lead execution of the strategy, in conjunction with the Product Line leader and Product Line BD Lead.
  • Develop and manage customer relationships at all levels; develop and execute customer engagement plans, evaluate customer relationships and adjust strategy as required
  • Develop and execute strategies for the releaseability, licensing and export of SAS solutions and products.
  • In conjunction with Product Line Leaders, must create, analyze and articulate innovative solutions to militarily significant problems in support of both domestic and international opportunities that smartly leverage commonality of design and design for exportability to obtain most efficient and effective use of company investments and savvy mission area and business unit commonality strategies.


Required Skills:
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.
  • DoD Secret clearance
  • 12 years of experience demonstrating progressive responsibility in all phases of business development from opportunity validation to capture
  • Ability to translate mission needs into system solutions and provides advanced guidance for complex missions crossing multiple agencies.
  • Managing multi-disciplined matrixed teams
  • Managing budgets

  • BS in science, mathematics, engineering, or business
