Sr. Logistics Analyst

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Become an integral part of a diverse team in the Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group.  Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Sr. Logistics Analyst, in the Chantilly, VA area, with strong Customer relationships.  At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.

The IOS Division provides mission solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations.  Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. A qualified candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

•Provide strategic planning for space management efforts. 
Provide facilities management, office communications management, office computer management, property management, and logistics support.
Direct and coordinate program activities designed to ensure effective and economic support.
Analyze and evaluate design concepts to determine if concepts satisfy support requirements; studies the relative supportability of alternative concepts.
Provide reports and briefings to office management on the status of all current logistical efforts and activities.
Assist office in determination that all Environmental and Safety interests are properly addressed and reported.
Determine logistic support sequences and time phasing.
Anticipate logistics problems related to operational area and environmental and human factors; determine contingency requirements and solutions.
Design and conduct research or technical studies to support logistic functions.
Provide leadership for lower level employees.
Provide day-to-day general facilities planning, office planning, and fire safety planning.
Interface with facilities management to ensure supporting office is compliant and/or compatible with facilities planning.
Maintain the organization’s master floor plan using Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) hardware and software to develop executable floor plans for use by facilities personnel. Create and modify detailed drawings using CAD from sketches, layouts, or notes.
Support office space data calls, surveys, and office space executive boards.
Responsible for furniture requirements, maintenance and/or repair of facility within the organization, including off-site locations.
Support facility modifications and/or construction to reconfigure existing office space from inception to completion to including planning and design, preparation of preliminary CAD drawings, coordination with NRO facilities management, coordination of required documentation for both facilities and communications, and problems resolution to include the organization’s programs located off-site.


Security Clearance Requirement:
Active/current TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.


Qualifications

Position Requirements:
 

•Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and seven to nine years of related experience.
•Experience with Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) hardware and software.
•Previous NRO experience is highly desired.
