LG- TEK is growing and there is an increased need for Sr. Human Resources Generalist / Permanent Change of Station (PCS) Coordinators. The Sr. Human Resources Generalist / Permanent Change of Station (PCS) Coordinator (Level 4) will will assist employees with various relocation activities by providing relevant information and helping to resolve the many details that such a relocation may require.  


TS/SCI + Poly Required

  • Assist in coordinating employee housing, transfer of personal items and office supplies.
  • Compile, organize, submit and track employee relocation expenses, advances, and bonuses.
  • Work with newly-hired employees who may need to relocate by providing relevant information and helping to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Secure the logistics surrounding a move, and recommend movers and arrange their services.
  • Maintain contracts with specific movers or vehicle providers to develop a better group rate for their company.
  • Assist with finding new living arrangements for employees; by providing housing or rental listings.
  • Interview employees to understand, and attempt to match, their housing and neighborhood needs.
  • Work with local housing and real estate companies and managers to find the best matches for relocating employees.
  • Support relocation of CONUS and OCONUS assignments.
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g. EXCEL, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint), along with basic application trouble-shooting skills.
  • Documented experience in a customer service environment.
  • Experience performing as a human resources generalist doing similar duties related to relocation activities.
  • Experience working with employees, outside contractors, movers, and realtors.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Experience updating specialized databases.
  • Experience tracking the progress of travelers for deployment or PCS.
  • Experience supporting recruitment and hiring activities at multiple locations.
  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written format.
  • Seven (7) years of experience (two years of which may include supervisory experience).
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred.
  • Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) membership a plus.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
