Job Description:
Raytheon Missile Systems, the world leader in design, development and production of missile systems, is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer or Senior Principal Electrical Engineer for the Electrical Subsystems Products Department – Huntsville, an organization with 70+ employees, and part of the Products and Technology Center in Tucson, AZ with 700 + employees. This organization is responsible for delivering innovative, affordable and producible products and technologies which support electrical subsystem solutions throughout the life cycle of the product.
The candidate will be responsible for antenna design, radome and antenna measurement system technology. The selected candidate will also be expected to work with diverse teams, and work with the various Engineering organizations to define requirements, complete development, and verification of the design.
Please Note: This position can be a Sr. Electrical Engineer I or Sr. Electrical Engineer II based on the candidate's qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience and responsibility requirements for the position.
Required Experience and Skills:

This position requires the ability to obtain and hold a DoD secret security clearance.
This position requires the successful issuance, transfer or maintenance of any clearances and/or accesses necessary for the position. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. Security clearance factors include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the US, foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and drug involvement.
