Job Description:
Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) is currently seeking a Cyber Engineer that is a key contributor in the implementation of cyber engineering. This engineer will be involved throughout the full lifecycle of the development program including CONOPs development, requirements development, architecture, design, integration, test, and certification of products. Travel will be required to support certification at remote sites as well as various activities during the development phase. This engineer will support the ongoing business process activities such as metrics collection and analysis, program tailoring, and process documentation updates and deployment.

Clearance Requirement:
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly clearance
Hires with an Active TS/SCI clearances are eligible for sign-on bonuses of "up to" $40,000.00

Required Skills:
• Experience developing cyber security solutions, Security Authorization requirements, and security policy and emerging cyber security technologies for Department of Defense (DoD) or similar federal agency
• Experience implementing compliance with security requirements (i.e. Risk Management Framework, STIGs)
• Familiarity with systems engineering process, sprint SW process, and products developed for network systems
• Assessment of existing products to determine vulnerabilities and develop strategies for improving
• Experience performing penetration tests, malware analysis, forensics analysis, and security assessments
• Strong computer, Windows Operating Systems, Linux, and TCP/IP network troubleshooting abilities
• Experience integrating and/or using any of the following applications or similar solutions: IBM SIEM (Qradar), ForcePoint (CDS,SureView Insider Threat, DLP), Cloudera (HortonWorks), NetScout (Infinistream, Ngenius), ThreatQuotient (ThreatQ), Airwatch, Gemalto (SafeNet)
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Prior experience in a Security Operations Center
• Willingness to travel to the Middle East/North Africa (MENA) region for extended periods at a time (est. 30%)
• Experience with systems engineering at all development levels of a complex system
• Capable of developing technical solutions following the assessment of complex customer needs
• Must have the ability to manage time and resources in order to meet assigned deadlines
• Experience in conducting technical reviews with customers (both internal and external)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills and negotiation skills

Desired Skills:
• Experience with MagicDraw
• Experience with SysML modeling
• DOORs and requirements management experience
• Project skills including cost, schedule, supplier management, risk, and opportunity assessment
• Knowledge in network design and implementation
• Demonstrated ability in IT vulnerability analysis and corrective actions
• Experience with the usage of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) in system development
• Experience and knowledge in developing systems and configuring security postures
• Experience performing Static and Dynamic Code Analysis
• Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps
• Automation (Puppet, Ansible, Chef)
• Infrastructure-as-Code
• Current IAM Level 1 or greater cybersecurity certification per DoD 8570.01-Manual
• Experience to teach/ train other team members and/ or customers
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
• Experience with Agile Development and the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Test Rail, Confluence) and/or Team Foundation Server
• Current/Active US Passport
• Arabic speaker

Education Requirements:
4 years with a BS in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math; or 2 years with a MS in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math
