Will be responsible for Review plans and procedures and assist with the implementation/utilization of Quality Assurance across the program. Provide support for external assessments, to include CMMI, AS9100. Perform audits across the multiple programs (including major subcontractor). Perform independent oversight of software projects and tasks critical to the program within a team environment. Performing quality assurance analysis of performance metrics.

Will work with the project managers, team leads, systems engineers, functional managers, and staff members to drive the successful implementation of projects, tasks and technical deliverables.

Responsible for supporting the development, integration and qualification testing of software components, as well as develop, maintain and execute a QA audit schedule. Conduct internal software quality audits, perform software product evaluations, participate on Integrated Product Development Teams and provide quality assessment on software development process on a continuous basis.

Ensure that the software quality records database, and supporting documentation are prepared and maintained in accordance documented requirements.

Review and submit process audit reports and track process corrective action requests and support program senior corrective action board meetings as required.

Responsible for scheduling QA witness support for formal qualification tests.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

At least one year experience and/or education degree involving production of computer software, code writing, and software development.

Basic understanding of software development lifecycles and an Agile development environment. Familiarity with associated software tools is a plus.

Strong oral and written communication skills are required.

Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
