Responsibilities:Experience in analyzing functional and technical requirements and current software architecture to identify opportunities to improve software security, performance, and standardization; leading functional analysis, design and unit testing of the software baseline; managing the functional and technical analysis, design, development, programming, security management; testing of the software baseline; creating/modifying applications and network systems with a proficiency in programming languages; and a knowledge of the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and the various views. (NOTE: This is a Part-time position Estimated 10 hours per week)
Contractor personnel shall possess or be eligible to obtain (SECRET) IT-II personnel security standard. Must provide proof of current IA SAE-II 8570 Baseline Certification as part of proposal.
Qualifications:Requires 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.
Certifications:
Industry specific certification a plus (CISSP or CompTIA CASP)
Skills/Experience:
Experience in planning of systems and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Evaluate interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system, document the testing and maintenance of system corrections. Posses strong analysis and design skills for multi-tier architecture
