SIGINT and ISR Capabilities Manager

SIGINT and ISR Capabilities Manager

Key Role:

Serve as a project lead for 70 Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Wing (ISRW)–led National Tactical Integration (NTI) qualitative analysis events. Design and implement at least one qualitative assessment and assist with organizing the planning of conferences or working groups and the preparation and execution of documentation. Work with the client to discern priorities to leverage a large matrixed government, contractor, and federated partner team to scope event topics, objectives, and criteria and facilitate the resulting observation event. Plan and organize Tactics Review Boards (TRB) or forums to validate and process findings. Prepare various presentations and briefings for the client. Maintain responsibility for post event reports targeting strategic audiences and Wing–level solutions implementation forums.


Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience as a SIGINT analyst or fusion analyst

-2+ years of experience as a project manager, program manager, or action officer at the group level or higher

-Experience with Air Force Service Cryptologic Component or IC global enterprise mission operations

-Experience with the Air Force National Tactical Integration program 

-Experience as a military exercise planner or similar planning function

-Knowledge of Air Force SIGINT and Air Force ISR organizations and stakeholders

-Knowledge of expeditionary intelligence analysis and planning

-Knowledge of intelligence support to combat operations

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in expeditionary SIGINT, including Air Force National Tactical Integration (AF)–NTI), Tactics Analysis and Reporting Program (TARP), or Tactics and Adversary Studies Elements (TASE)

-Experience with managing projects in Microsoft Project

-Experience with formal inspections or process evaluations, including inspector general formal technical training course evaluation preferred

-Knowledge of Air Force Weapons and Tactics Program

-Knowledge of JSCID process and DOTMLPF–D concepts, evaluation, or analysis

-Knowledge of AF ISR intelligence architectures

-BA or BS degree preferred; MA or MS degree a plus


Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
