SIGINT Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Provide operational and strategic support to customer missions in a 24/7 shift environment. Perform the research, compilation, evaluation, and integration of SIGINT. Maintain responsibility for active collection and analysis, conducting fusion analysis, providing production coordination, and producing intelligence product reports and products in support of mission objectives. Communicate clearly when giving instructions to customer operators and identify, retrieve, and fuse pertinent information for the purposes of disseminating analysis and reporting and enhancing situational awareness in support of mission objectives, priorities, or operational needs. Leverage computer hardware or software expertise to search for, identify, and monitor SIGINT in a dense and dynamic environment. Maintain responsibility for the identification and analysis of signals using a basic understanding of signals, the environment, and an awareness of the unique idiosyncrasies of different data sources. Work independently or in a team environment and collaborate with others to provide analytic support focused on the development of new exploitation capabilities against known and newly identified targets.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with SIGINT operational environments, mission management, or collection management

-Experience with adapting to real-time mission and responding flexibly and dynamically to ad hoc requests

-Knowledge of SIGINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, analysis, and dissemination processes

-Ability to analyze strategies and processes across multiple systems that ensure activities are accomplished in a manner to achieve mission objectives

-Ability to work a rotating shift pattern covering 24/7 mission

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree or 4+ years of experience with the intelligence community 

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of SIGINT collection and processing, computer protocols, and communications technologies

-Ability to display ingenuity, resourcefulness, and application of highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts

-Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the development of new applications that improve products or methods

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
