SIGDEV Analyst, Senior TS/SCI with Poly

Job Description

What you’ll get to do:

You will serve as a SIGDEV Analyst who is responsible for the analysis of technical intelligence information; performing focused research on network topologies, architectures, and protocols; supporting the gathering of information pertaining to telecommunications networks; and documenting analysis results in the proper databases or technical intelligence reporting medium.  In addition, you will be performing and documenting the analysis. You will be expected to provide training and mentoring to junior SIGINT analysts with understanding technologies, protocols, SIGINT databases and tools and analytic techniques.

In addition you will use your seven to nine years of experience to provide support to the customer in a rewarding, yet challenging environment using your technical knowledge of SIGNT databases, tools and analytic techniques.  As an SIGDEV analysts you will focus on research and development of network topologies, protocols and operations; while also analyzing metadata and networks; and producing deliverable target sets and documenting results in the appropriate databases or through the appropriate reporting medium.  



Required Qualifications:

The candidate must maintain active/current TS/SCI with poly.
The clearance level required is dependent on the type of clearance supported by our customers.
- You will need a Bachelor's degree and 7-9 years of experience.

- You will need to know how to support network infrastructure operations; have advance networking skills; know routing protocol analysis; a strong layer 3 knowledge and understanding of Telecomm and ISP level network.

-  You should provide SIGDEV and access development experience; experience with telecommunications, mobile infrastructure, DNI, CNE, the AMOD tool suite.
- You must also have in-depth demonstrated experience in at least eight of the following 15 areas:

  • Current Agency analytic tools and databases
  • Producing technical reports
  • Social network analysis
  • Geospatial metadata analysis
  • Target Research
  • Metadata Analysis
  • Target Templating
  • Telephony
  • SIGINT Collection Systems
  • Researching Network Topologies
  • Architectures and Protocols
  • Network Operations

  • Network Protocols
  • Network Exploitation of specific
