SharePoint Development Lead

SharePoint Development Lead

Key Role:
Play a central role in the solution life cycle, including managing the technical requirements, development, and quality of a SharePoint 2013 site collection for a 50,000 user base. Perform project management duties to track execution, monitor progress, report to contract management, demonstrate communication expertise, and adapt to a variety of tasks, including working within a dynamic team environment. Contribute to site development, including software design, development, customization, and integration. Provide thought leadership on best practices for solution design, including knowledge of enterprise application integration, such as the use of business process and forms, enterprise searches, business intelligence, collaboration services, and collaborative document management.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with business analysis, requirements management, and direct stakeholder engagement for IT projects

-Experience with SharePoint 2013 site collection management and site configuration

-Experience with Microsoft Office products and Agile development methodologies

-Knowledge of customization and custom development

-Knowledge of SharePoint governance and information architecture principles

-Ability to work on a team and independently with minimal supervision to achieve project milestones and deadlines and facilitate requirements elicitation, conduct data gathering, research and analysis, design and develop recommendations, and communication

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience, as a SharePoint development team lead, including creating SharePoint features and solutions, such as Web parts, master pages, custom page layouts, content types, workflows, and site templates
-Experience with the federal government or DoD and with the healthcare field, including government or DoD healthcare
-Ability to be a self-starter, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision

-Ability to liaise between stakeholders, project managers, and a technical team to comprehend the client mission

-Possession of excellent team-oriented, team building, presentation, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent consulting, time management, and analytical skills
-BA or BS degree in CS
-Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) SharePoint 2010 or 2013 Certification a plus
