SharePoint Content Manager

Key Role:

Apply knowledge of Cybersecurity and privacy analysis and consulting throughout the security assessment and compliance lifecycle process. Maintain responsibility for planning, developing, and finalizing Cybersecurity and privacy policies, programs, and compliance artifacts or standards in support of government and industry security compliance, systems accreditation, and management. Develop the documentation, validation, and accreditation processes necessary to assure systems meet security and privacy requirements. Function as a SharePoint Web content manager to develop processes to improve the content and organization of the client SharePoint Portal and maintain responsibility for the research, analysis, and design of SharePoint content, structure, and workflows. Work closely with stakeholders to elicit and define content requirements and translate business processes into meaningful business intelligence dashboards and other SharePoint management capabilities. Manage Web content, production, and Web sites, build and update Web pages, contribute content within SharePoint, work with the client's subject matter experts to develop meaningful metrics, and monitor activities to produce trend analyses. Work with a UI designer to improve processes and input KB articles into SharePoint.


Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with managing Web content, building sites, and contributing Web content

-2+ years of experience with performing technical writing using Microsoft Office 2010 and newer

-2+ years of experience with SharePoint organization and creating meta–tags

-Ability to be client–oriented and flexible with a team–minded personality

-Ability to interact and collaborate with senior leaders

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-DoD 8570.1, including Security+ or equivalent Certification


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft SQL Server services and SharePoint Designer

-Experience with SharePoint Performance Point, Visio Services, and Excel Services

-Knowledge of Air Force Cyber Weapon Systems

-Knowledge of the roles and missions of 24 AF

-Knowledge of Cyberspace policy and guidance

-Ability to work under pressure, as part of a team, and be detailed oriented

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

-BA or BS degree in Media Management, Web Development, Marketing, Business Administration, or Information Systems


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
