SharePoint Administrator and Developer

The Challenge:

Maintain responsibility for the administration, design, development, and implementation of Microsoft SharePoint-based applications and solutions. Create and maintain complex workflows for process improvements and streamlining. Work with clients, stakeholders, or project management to analyze business and enterprise requirements, including applying expertise in Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and 2013 product capabilities, customization, and development avenues. Work on a team to collaboratively execute software development life cycle activities, including scope and requirements definition, design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions. Leverage Microsoft SharePoint technologies and resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation based on experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Rely on experience and judgment to accomplish goals, perform a variety of tasks related to the overall success of the program, and apply a wide degree of creativity in completing delegated tasks.

You Have:

-Experience with SharePoint administration, including SharePoint 2010 and 2013+

-Experience in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites with complex workflows and working with clients or users to obtain requirements

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with SharePoint customization, including custom branding and navigation, configuring and administering search, configuring site collections, and designing security, content type development, and application design and security

-Experience with JavaScript development and Web development languages, including HTML and CSS

-Experience with .NET C#

-Knowledge of Agile development methodology

-Ability to work on a team to collaboratively execute software development life cycle activities, including scope and requirements definition, design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions

-Ability to perform interface modifications to SharePoint utilities and tools and support content migrations, workflow development, solution deployments, and process management

-Secret clearance
