Perspecta has an immediate need for a Service Management Administrator in Norfolk, VA and San Diego, CA.

This position is for a System Administrator which provides execution of the high daily volume of tickets assigned in the HPSM queues Client Services is responsible for on both SIPR and NIPR - Change, Incident, Line Item and Interactions.  These tickets include time sensitive LOS2 tickets, escalation tickets of VIP/EVIP, MOC C2, as well as Software MAC, Web, Exchange, Restore tickets.  SysAdmin not only completes these tickets, but provides troubleshooting support on the 24x7.  The SysAdmin also provides Real Time assistance to Service Desk and Field Services personnel in troubleshooting via conference calls and dedicated chat room Client Services hosts to reduce time to restore customer services and assist in First Call resolution.

The Current Operations team supports multiple enterprise solutions which are critical to the functionality of our users’ ability to perform their mission on a daily basis.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE:

Security+ CE certification

Candidates must have a Secret Clearance


PREFFERED:

- Degree (technical field); may hold Bachelors degree

- 4 years experience supporting a DoD services
