Senior Principal Project Management - Secret clearance required (El Segundo, CA)

Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Sr. Principal Project Management to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in El Segundo, CA.

This position will report to the PIT Director for the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD). This position is responsible to work with facilities and IT to provide office and lab space sufficient for current and future needs while accommodating the new GBSD security posture. Candidate will be working with multiple disciplines and sites, coordinating office, lab, and network requirements with IPT leads across the IS, MS and TS sectors. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with security, IT and other stakeholders to obtain customer approval/security accreditation for upgraded or new facilities and networks. This position will also be responsible for IT equipment is delivered and installed to appropriate facilities and networks.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10 years of experience in Project Management, Program Operations, Program Integration, or Logistics
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)
  • Must have and be able to maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level with a background investigation date within 6 years.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Programs Access
