Senior Paralegal - Fraud Division - Washington D.C.

Job Description

CACI is seaking a highly enthusiastic Paralegal II Senior Paralegal to work with our FRAUD unit in the Washington, DC area.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Discovery management experience in scanning, importing, exporting, bates-stamping, indexing, and analyzing documents; creating CD and DVD discovery disks
  • Assist with trial preparation and in the courtroom
  • Knowledge and experience with various document review databases (e.g., eScan-it, Eclipse, Trial Director, Relativity or comparable software)
  • Redact documents using document management tools and Adobe
  • Create timelines, demonstrative charts, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Transcribe  audio  and video files
  • Create audio and video clips and placing them into Trial Director (or comparable software) with scrolling text
  • Draft motions, other pleadings, and notices
  • Prepare electronic and physical trial and grand jury exhibits; labeling exhibits
  • Create exhibit lists and trial binders
  • Prepare subpoenas and supporting documents/letters
  • Prepare and submit ECF filings including arrest warrants, search warrants, Indictments and Information packages
  • Other related administrative and case management paralegal duties

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Paralegal Certification
  • High School Diploma required

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree preferred
