Senior Information Systems Implementation Manager

Description:
The Intelligence and Homeland Security Group of Leidos is seeking a Senior Information Systems Implementation Manager to support an Intelligence Community program in Northern Virginia.  An Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance is required in order to be considered for this position.

Advises on the suitability of planned or installed IT platforms, critical                   software reqruiements, commercial solutions 
Conducts engineering and technical analysis of alternative solutions, to               include market research
Engages with industry and government reps for benchmarking
Provides technical support to working groups
Represents the office at various meetings
Interfaces with community groups to stay abreast of critical procurements
Conducts research and analysis of alternatives
Drafts policy and contract documents
Reviews budget documents
Develops proposals for services of common concern
Provide technical engineering support to surveys and market research  

Qualifications:
Required skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
  • Fifteen or more years of demonstrated experience translating complex technical information into material that is understandable by senior executives.
  • Fifteen or more years of demonstrated experience advising on a strategy for software investments and acquisitions to meet organizational and mission performance objectives that support multiple IC Elements.
  • Fifteen or more years of demonstrated experience evaluating functional requirements and available COTS, GOTS, and open source technologies to determine their capability to meet organizational business and mission needs.
  • Fifteen or more years of demonstrated experience supporting governance and oversight of an IT enterprise that supports multiple IC elements. For purposes of this section, "enterprise" refers to hardware and software designed for organizations of more than 100 people spanning multiple sites and operating tempos.
  • Fifteen or more years of demonstrated experience managing the design, development, and deployment of enterprise systems that leverage existing commercial technologies to meet organizational and mission needs. For purposes of this section, "enterprise" refers to hardware and software designed to meet organizations of more than 100 people spanning multiple sites and operating tempos.

Desired Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying Federal, IC and DoD Acquisition policies, guidance and laws.
  • Demonstrated experience coding in SharePoint.
