Senior FOIAXpress Administrator

Northrop Grumman Technology Services sector is seeking a skilled FOIAXpress Administrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals supporting the Department of Treasury's Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) program. This position is in Washington, DC and allows for partial telework.

The candidate will work directly with the Federal team to provide administration for Treasury's FOIAXpress application. The candidate will provide on-going FOIAXpress system support and administration for FIOAXpress to user account management, case processing, workflow management, user interface updates, upgrade testing and configuration, report development, Tier 1 & Tier 2 support, and troubleshooting activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of IT experience, or Master's Degree and 7 years of IT experience, or PhD and 4 years of IT experience, or 13 years of IT experience in lieu of a degree.

  • 2 years FOIAXpress administration and support experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Experience with SQL queries, stored procedures, and the ability to maintain database schemas.

  • Experience with troubleshooting database and e-discovery configuration issues and errors.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple and changing priorities.

  • Ability to work independently or as a team member.

  • Ability to provide scheduled and ad hoc evening and weekend functional support.

  • Possess US Citizenship.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile (Scrum or Kanban) SDLC methodologies.

  • FIOAXpress certification.
