Senior Deputy Program Manager

Responsibilities:

The Senior Program Manager/Deputy Program Manager shall:

a. Help lead and manage approximately 300 contractor personnel supporting EUCOM Headquarters and its components.
b. Ensure the quality of all services and deliverables across the contract. Ensure high customer satisfaction with all key performance metrics.
c. Collaborate with government stakeholders, teammates and other contractors to meet all mission requirements efficiently and effectively.
d. Provide timely reporting of all required program financial, performance, schedule, risk and quality data to the government and to Perspecta leadership.
e. Be responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) performance of the program.
f. Provide technical direction and effective management oversight to maximize mission performance while minimizing program risks.
f. When necessary, coordinate additional support to satisfy emerging and surge requirements.
g. Oversee the process of recruiting, training and retaining high-quality, cleared staff over the life of the program.
h. Ensure program compliance with all government laws, policies and regulations.
i. Ensure compliance with all Perspecta policies.
j. Institute and maintain industry best-practice standards, processes, and methodologies

Qualifications:

- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Active PMP or PgMP certification.


Desired experience and qualifications; it is desired that the candidate meet one or more of the following experience requirements:


- 3+ years experience (within the last 5 years) supporting a Combatant Command (CCMD, e.g., EUCOM, CENTCOM, STRATCOM, etc.) or the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
- 3 years experience supporting EUCOM or one of its component commands (USAREUR, NAVEUR, USAFE, MARFOREUR) or the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), including operational and contingency planning, strategy, and maintaining international partnerships.
- 3 years experience as a Program/Project Manager on a program as a contractor with multiple OCONUS performance locations.
- 3+ years experience with integrated air and missile defense (IAMD) strategy, planning or exercises.
- 3+ years experience in open source intelligence analysis and reporting, information operations (IO) or cyber operations.
- 3+ years experience providing logistics support to the DoD, esp OCONUS
- 3+ years experience as a Program/Project Manager for a government program in Europe as a contractor.
- Experience transitioning a large (100+ FTE) contract from the incumbent contractor, including transition of staff,
turnover of equipment, facilities, etc.
- Experience with Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA) requirements, regulations, and processes within the EUCOM AOR, specifically for Germany.
