Our BIAF Federal team is dedicated to delivering built environment solutions to the Intelligence Community and other Federal agencies. Our services include planning, design, construction oversight, and commissioning for highly mission-critical building and infrastructure systems directly supporting and sustaining the Intelligence Community’s mission.

Our Architects provide technically complex and robust architectural design analysis to support mission-critical environments, for renovation as well as new built environments.

The Senior Architect will assist with fulfilling the design and construction requirements of a Federal Government client. The services shall be performed as efficiently as is consistent with professional skill, care, and the orderly progress of the work. Provide support in development and evaluation of project schedules.


Bachelors Degree in Architecture
Professional registration highly preferred
US Citizenship
Top Secret Security Clearance
At least ten (10) years of experience in commercial/government office building design and construction
