  • Operations Manager, General Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding business objectives and ensuring consistent achievement of all financial and operational KPIs. In partnership with the wider enterprise team, manages multiple functional teams to deliver an outstanding ‘Customer Experience’. In addition, the Operations Manager will support the management, inspiration and motivation of the Enterprise Staff to ensure operational excellence, high employee engagement and service improvement is achieved.


Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 10 years of experience or a Master's with 8 years of experience.

  • Product Acquisition Specialist, General Description

The Product Acquisition Specialist is responsible for Monitoring production system from order to product receipt. In addition, responsibilities include monitoring inventory and supply chain activities and documentation for productivity and interacting with suppliers on matters of contract deliverables.


Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of IT related purchasing experience and/or training.

  • Network Operations Support Tech, General Description

The Network Operations Support Tech responsibilities include: Upgrades network hardware and software components as required; Installs, upgrades, and configures network printing, rights, security, and software on file servers; Provides customers with network technical support with cross training to provide video teleconference support.


Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years' experience and advanced technical skills in WAN/LAN, routing systems, TCP/IP, and Cisco and Network Communications. 

  • Server Operations Support Tech, General Description

The Server Operations Support Tech responsibilities include: Designs, installs and supports Windows Servers; Performs troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common problems; Upgrades hardware and software components as required; Ensure maximum diagnosis cycle times are adhered to based upon severity level of the ticket.


Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years' experience and advanced technical skills in Windows Server, Windows Client, MS Exchange, MS Outlook, and Apple IOS.

  • Help Desk Manager, General Description

The Help Desk Manager responsibilities include: Manages non-exempt/exempt individual contributors and/or supervisors; Has accountability for results of a major program in terms of cost, direction and people management; Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies.


Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of microcomputer related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Supply Chain Manager, General Description

The Supply Chain Manager responsibilities include: Oversee production system from order to product receipt; Optimize inventory and supply chain activities and documentation for productivity; Select, evaluate, and foster collaborative relationships with suppliers; Oversee supplier performance.


Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of IT related purchasing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; At least 3 years supply chain/scheduling mgmt. experience.

  • Continuity of Operations Planner (COOP), General Description

The COOP Planner responsibilities include: Evaluates the risks and vulnerabilities of business functions, reviews the current COOP environment, and validates recovery objectives and current technology against the business objectives; Leads the development and implementation of an integrated scenario-based COOP plan; Designs and administers the COOP program to include policies, standards, guidelines, training programs, and a viable QA process for disaster recovery.


Education and Years of Experience: A Bachelor's degree with 5 years’ experience in business continuity planning or related emergency management roles. Experience with designing, drafting, editing and implementing COOP and COOP related emergency plans.

  • IT Installation Manager, General Description

The IT Installation Manager responsibilities include: Manages non-exempt/exempt individual contributors and/or supervisors; Has accountability for results of a major program in terms of cost, direction and people management.; Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies; Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility.


Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of IT related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, experience and professional certification.

  • Program Support Specialist, General Description

The Program Support Specialist responsibilities include: Provides Project Management support by organizing/monitoring partner performance; Communicates with internal stakeholders, help escalate impediments, and help manage risk; Help facilitate cross-team metric reporting and provide necessary reporting to the PMO and SAA COR; Maintain and update project schedules as required.


Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Four or more years of experience in project management or account management; Working knowledge of MS Project.

  • Quality and Process Specialist, General Description

The Quality and Process Specialist responsibilities include: Update operational processes and SOPs; Participates in continuous improvement reviews to ensure that processes meet changing business unit conditions; Identifies processes for improvement, documents existing processes, identifies and analyzes gaps between current processes and the desired state, designs new processes, develops process performance measures and plans the transition to a new process.


Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree; In lieu of a 4-year degree, a 2-year degree with equivalent work experience in a relevant field; 5 years progressive experience in Process Development and Quality oversight or related areas; ITIL v3 Foundations Certified.

  • Quality Manager, General Description

The Quality Manager responsibilities include: Managing a matrixed Q&A staff; Developing and implementing a Quality Assurance Program aligned to the overall objectives of the program; Ensuring all communications and work products are accurate, complete, compliant, and submitted in a timely fashion; Overseeing monitoring and reporting of SLAs.


Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of related experience; 7 years progressive experience in IT quality and performance or related areas; ITIL v3 Foundations certified.

·System Admin Lead, General Description

The System Admin Lead responsibilities include: Providing technical support for the ticket tracking system; Configuration of the Ticket Tracking system software to best serve the customer’s technical infrastructure; Interface with other systems integrators where responsibilities converge, software implementations; Maintenance of the Ticket Tracking System.

Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree; or 10+ years of PC and LAN related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Help Desk Training and Knowledge Management Specialist

The Help Desk Training and Knowledge Management Specialist responsibilities include: Assists in needs analysis and recommends solutions for performance improvements; Provides one-on-one training within given area of expertise, if necessary; Develops training curriculum; Interacts with quality management and knowledge management personnel; Creates and maintains user self-help documentation, technical and procedural documentation.

Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience providing customer service in a help desk or service desk.

  • Deskside/Installation Technician

The Deskside/Installation Technician responsibilities include: Provide onsite/desk side support; Perform break fix of workstations and servers; Installs, configures, and repairs computer equipment for Senate offices; Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMACS); Assists team members and support members in solving hardware problems; Ensure maximum diagnosis cycle times are adhered to based upon severity level of the ticket.

Education and Years of Experience: 5+ years of microcomputer related experience and/or training, or A+ Certified Technician, or equivalent combination of training, experience; Experience and technical skills in Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Mac OS clients, MS Exchange, MS Office, HP hardware, Cisco and Network Communications.

  • Help Desk Quality and Process Specialist

The Help Desk Quality and Process Specialist responsibilities include: Update Help Desk processes and SOPs; Participates in continuous improvement reviews to ensure that processes meet changing conditions; Documents existing processes and assists with identifying processes for improvement; Assists with process performance measures; Performs performance and process quality reviews; Identifies and researches inefficiencies or inaccuracies in methods and procedures and gathers and analyzes quality statistics to determine trends and documents findings for management.

Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years of relevant experience providing hardware and software problem resolution.
