STG, a wholly owned subsidiary of SOS International LLC (SOSi), is seeking an Security Services Branch Chief to support the RCC-CONUS at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Cyber Security Management and Leadership. Candidate will oversee Information Assurance, Computer Network Defense (CND) and Access Management operations and Security Services projects from start to finish. Manage and coordinate all  team tasking, conduct team lead evaluation and performance reviews, perform systems planning, process re-engineering, development, documentation, and production support.


  • Ensure team leads are meeting deadlines for deliverables
  • Verify team leads are following and enforcing organizational processes and policies
  • Track major projects within the division
  • Inform Customer and Senior Leadership on projects and deliverables when required
  • Assist team leads with coordination efforts inside and outside the RCC-C
  • Alert managers/customer of issues and ensure issues are elevated for action in a timely manner
  • Sync with Government Technical Monitors (GTM’s)/customer regularly to make sure teams are in line with organizational goals and objectives
  • Attend and run meetings as necessary for fulfilling duty responsibilities
  • Assist team leads ensuring they utilize personnel and resources appropriately to accomplish mission and customer needs
  • Set a positive example for staff members to emulate
  • Mentor team leads for career and technical development
  • Audit tickets in ITSM to ensure the teams are meeting Service Level Targets (SLT) and annotating their work appropriately
  • Provide scheduled and ad hoc reports/deliverables: Weekly Activity Reports (WARS); Quarterly Progress Review (QPR) input; Project status/updates; Internal Task Orders (ITOs); package requests for warranty/purchases
  • Support and enforce management decision-making and policies
  • Recommend and take actions regarding recognition and discipline for employees in regard with HR and other issues
  • Provide assistance resolving complex issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Other items as required
  • Secret clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret required
  • HS +4 years technical/managerial experience or AA/AS +2 or BA/BS
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification required within 180 days of hire
  • IAT II certification (Security+CE, equivalent or higher) required
  • Experience with leading team members and projects through completion 


  • IAT Level II or above


  • Work environment is normal for office setting
