Perspecta’s Civilian, State and Local segment partners with the U.S. Federal Civilian State and Local governments to provide infrastructure services, business solutions, and digital transformation services that help them achieve policy objectives and integrate citizen-centric services.

Responsibilities

In support of these efforts, ourSecurity Manager continuously assesses, analyzes, assists, and addresses the security risks associated with Supply Chain and develop risk mitigation solutions. The Security Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintain a formal Acquisition Security Plan to ensure appropriate supply chain protection of information system resources developed, processed, or used under this contract. The Security Manager implements all Supply Chain Risk Management practices for the team in accordance with DHS 4300 and other guidance. The Security Manager provides administrative and technical writing support for the successful maintenance and update of all supply chain policies. The Security Manager retains, maintains and delivers asset inventories of Government Furnished Equipment. The Security Manager also manages access control for all controlled spaces on behalf of the team.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years of experience in security management-related experience
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Risk Management practices and standards
  • Knowledge of Government security requirements for access control
  • Demonstrated ability to use MS Office Suite to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and oral.
  • A U.S. Government SECRET security clearance – must be a US Citizen.

  • A U.S. Government TS/SCI Clearance
  • DHS Suitability
