Job Description:


Clearance requirements:

Minimum DoD Top Secret clearance, TS/SCI preferred.

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues. 


  • Implements and manages an entire process/project with review by management or senior team members. 
  • Provides independent analysis for complex, important cases and issues; effectively manages any follows up or escalations; may participate in interviews to further investigative results. 
  • Contributes to efforts to plan and design significant security process improvements. 
  • Focus on more complex and important issues and acts with greater autonomy, compared to lower levels. May lead projects of moderate to high complexity. 
  • Delivers professionally written reports incorporating all analysis findings. May oversee the reports and analysis of others. 
  • At this level, begins to develop deep specialized experience in one or more security discipline. 
  • Develops content and materials from analytics and investigative learnings to facilitate training new process/platform rollouts and audits.

Education and Experience

  • First-level university degree in Criminal Justice, Security, Law Enforcement or a related field of study, or equivalent experience. 
  • Typically 4-6 years security experience, which may include a mix of law enforcement, military, intelligence and/or corporate experience. 
  • Experience in multiple security disciplines (e.g., operations, executive protection, systems, etc.).

Knowledge and Skills

  • Sound, ethical judgment required. 
  • Strong general knowledge covering security theories, systems, processes, methodologies and environments. Advanced knowledge in one or more security disciplines. 
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and respond rapidly to requirements. 
  • Developed ability to analyze complex, disparate data to draw conclusions. 
  • Developed interpersonal and communications skills. Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external resources globally. Advanced written reporting skills. 
  • Self-motivator able to work independently on complex issues and decisions, ensuring appropriate communications with leadership during and after the process. 
  • Developed organizational, time management, and planning skills. Able to multiple projects and activities on an ongoing basis and shift priorities as needed.


  • Scope may encompass multiple business units or functional areas within the region. 
  • Leads the delivery of security services and projects that require specialized experience and expertise with security tools and methods. 
  • Manages moderately complex work and environments. 
  • Contributes to regional solutions.
